(Estherville)– Voters in the Estherville-Lincoln Central School District have approved the renewal of a physical plant and equipment levy. Unofficial results from Tuesday’s election show 145 voted in favor of the proposal while 23 were opposed. 5,257 people were eligible to vote for a turnout of only 3.2 percent.
