The Spirit Lake Volleyball team hosted a tournament, on
Saturday, featuring several schools from around the area. The Lady Indians went 1-2, as they fell to
both Sibley Ocheydan and Estherville Lincoln Central, in two sets. They beat Harris-Lake Park
in three sets.
Harris Lake Park
would also lose to Estherville-Lincoln Central, but registered three-set wins
against both North Union and
Sibley-Ocheydan. The Lady Wolves also beat
Okoboji in two sets.
Okoboji would split their other two matches. They beat Estherville-Lincoln Central, and
fell to Sibley-Ocheydan, both in three sets.
Estherville-Lincoln Central’s third win, Saturday, came
against North Union, in three sets.
Sibley Ocheydan also beat Estherville-Lincoln Central, in
three sets, but fell to North Union, in two
sets. The Lady Generals went 3-2 on the
day. North Union
finished the tournament with one win and two losses.
