Two area volleyball teams were in action north of the border Monday night. The top-ranked team in Minnesota’s Class AA is Jackson County Central, and they defeated Mankato East in three games, 25-20, 25-19, 25-21. Also in the win column, Round Lake-Brewster, which swept Mountain Lake-Butterfield-Odin, 25-19, 25-20, 25-22.
