The Spirit Lake Boys cross-country team was without top runner
Will Norris, yesterday, as the Indians placed third at the Storm Lake
Invitational.
Tanner Goetsch was Spirit Lake’s
top finisher. He placed fifth, with a
time of 17:34. Mark Norland took sixth,
his time was 17:38.
Fort Dodge
was the winning boys team. The Spencer
boys took sixth.
The Spencer girls team placed second, yesterday, while the Spirit Lake
girls took seventh.
Dondi Schmidt and Mariah Wills were Spirit Lakes
top female finshers. Schmidt took
fourth, in 15:58, and Wills placed sixth with a time of 16:05
