Spirit Lake-Okoboji girls tennis remained undefeated on the season, improving to 8-0 with a win over LeMars in a Lakes Conference duel. SL-O won all six singles matches, while the three doubles matches were all rained out.
Spirit Lake traveled to LeMars in boys tennis; however, the Indians dropped their duel by a 7-2 final. Number five singles player Brandon Stoll and the number two doubles pairing of Nelson Davis and Mitch O’Neill earned the lone wins for Spirit Lake. The match was much closer than the score indicates, as four of the six singles matches were decided in a tiebreaker.
