The latest Associated Press High School Football Poll is out, and the Spirit Lake Indians head into this week’s matchup with Forest City ranked third in Class 2A.
The Indians received one first place vote, after starting the season 2-0, while Forest City is also 2-0, and will go into this week’s game ranked ninth. You can hear Friday’s matchup, with pre-game coverage starting at 6:40 on Campus Radio KUOO.
The two teams ranked ahead of Spirit Lake are Boyden-Hull-Rock Valley, who received eight first place votes, followed Mediapolis, who received four.
