Fighting injuries and open weight classes, the Spirit Lake Park Indians managed three falls in their single dual with the Spencer Tigers, but the Tigers remained undefeated after a 51-21 win over SLP. Several wrestlers had to move up weight classes, including Sam Bosma who put up a nice showing at 112 lbs. Doug Miner (103) came away with a fall as did heavyweight Shea Heinrichs. Ricky Wilson, wrestling at 189 lbs., scored a pin as well. Spirit Lake (6-2 Lakes Conference) remains in third place behind the undefeated Tigers and second-place Emmetsburg.
