The Spirit Lake-Okoboji girls tennis team is moving on to the semifinals of the Iowa Class 1A Team Tennis Regionals after a perfect weekend in Storm Lake. SL-O opened up their postseason run with a 5-0 defeat of Estherville Lincoln Central, then wrapped up Saturday’s competition with a second 5-0 win over St. Edmunds. Alli Gerking, Aubry Kolegraff, Shirley Coenen, Haley Smith, and KJ Veldman all won their two matches. Spirit Lake-Okoboji will now take on Bishop Heelan on Saturday, May 22, again in Storm Lake.
