It is homecoming week at Spirit Lake
High School, and there’s
a homecoming dodge ball tournament, tonight a 7 o’clock, in the east gym. The parade starts at 2:30, tomorrow
afternoon.
The Spirit Lake Football team has been busy preparing for
this Friday’s matchup with Garner-Hayfield/Ventura in the midst of homecoming
week.
Indians Coach Josh Bolluyt says he saw numerous
bright spots in last week’s 17-0 shutout of undefeated Forest City.

Spirit Lake Boosters are planning a blackout for Friday’s
homecoming game. You can pick up a
shirt, for ten dollars, at Central Bank, or by talking to Rachel Gerking at the
District Office.
You can also hear the game on Campus Radio KUOO, with
pregame starting at 6:40, and the kickoff at 7.
