Spirit Lake Football teams is busy preparing for this Friday’s Class 2A
championship game against Mediapolis, fresh off of last Saturday’s 17-10 win,
over Carroll Kuemper Catholic at the UNI Dome.
Bolluyt says he’s proud of his team
That’s
Indian Head Coach Josh Bolluyt, talking about the adversity his team had to
overcome, last weekend. The Indians held
a 17-3 fourth quarter lead, but gave up a touchdown midway through the final
quarter, after a turnover on special teams.
The
Indians were also able to withstand a final drive from the Knights, late in the
game, after a late interception on fourth down.
