Spirit Lake brought their regular season to a close with a third-place finish in the consolation bracket of the Storm Lake Tournament on Saturday. The Indians ended the day with a defeat of Estherville-Lincoln Central to go 2-3 for the tourney. Kendra Stokke notched 22 kills and 29 digs. Freshman Bailey Loveall had 14 kills and ten aces. Whitney Berkland registered 70 assists and nine aces, while Holly Seemann had five blocks and Amanda Bueltel 33 digs. Spirit Lake can now look ahead to their opening round matchup at Algona in the Class 3A Regionals, a match that will be broadcast on KUOO and live on ExploreOkoboji.com.
