The Spirit Lake Boys Cross Country team is currently ranked Number Three in the state, by the Iowa Association of Track Coaches. They are coming off a meet, last week in Sheldon, where they claimed a narrow second place finish behind Spencer.
Tim Heinitz on what he expects at this point
That’s Indians head coach Tim Heinitz, whose boys and girls team will compete, this evening, in an Invitational at Algona.
Okoboji, Spencer, and Estherville will also be competing, this afternoon, at Algona Invite. The Pioneer boys are ranked 12th in the state.
