The Spirit Lake Park-Okoboji girls soccer team picked up its second win of the season Monday, blanking Storm Lake, 6-0. Brandy Fowler led the charge with a pair of goals, while Alissa Christoffer, Katy Brevik, and Nicole Ballah also found the back of the net. SLP-O improves to 2-3 on the season.
In Storm Lake, the boys of Spirit Lake Park-Okoboji lost for the first time this season with a 2-1 setback against the Tornadoes. SLP-O is 3-1-1 this spring.
The Spencer boys and girls each earned shutout wins in non-conference play on Monday. The Tigers defeated Ft. Dodge, 6-0, in the boys contest. The girls of Spencer won a 2-0 contest.
