* The Okoboji Lady Pioneers (3-5, 1-5 Siouxland Conference) dropped their second straight in conference play as Central Lyon picked up a 59-45 win. Okoboji fell to 1 and 5 in the Siouxland.
* The Okoboji Pioneers boys’ basketball team lost 67-53 on Friday night to Central Lyon. The Pioneers (1-6, 0-5 Siouxland Conference) are still searching for their first conference win.
* Monday, the Pioneers will look for much needed league wins, hosting George-Little Rock in a Siouxland Conference matchup. It is a make-up of the December 8 twinbill which was snowed out.
