The Okoboji Pioneers volleyball team opened their 2010 season with the Spencer tournament last night and finished with a 1-2 match record and 2-4 in game play. The Pioneers took both contests from Clay Central-Everly before falling in four straight games to South O’Brien and the host Tigers. Brianna Wittrock paced the Okoboji attack with ten kills, while Makenzie Peschon recorded eight aces.
