Mitch Peschon scored 18 but Spirit Lake’s season came to an end as Emmetsburg defeated the Indians 48-40 in the Class 2A district quarterfinals on Wednesday night. The Indians end up 7-15 overall this season. Emmetsburg moves on to battle another Lakes conference club in Estherville-Lincoln Central as the Midgets beat Lake Mills 67-59.
