Quotes from John Adams
“We’re just so proud of the fight that this group showed in the second half. We challenged them at halftime to guard with more urgency as we let MOC get way too comfortable in that second quarter. It was great to see us respond like we did and trim the lead to eight; we just ran out of gas at the end of the game and Adyson and Madi hit some big shots when they had to for them. Riley continues to improve and had the best game of her young career, she really got it going in the third quarter, which helped spark our rally. Peyton was great inside on both ends of the court and Ava had another very solid game. I love how this group responds to adversity and how we guarded in that second half, which helped get our offense going.”
