Okoboji Boys Win at Sibley Track Invite

The Okoboji Boys track team placed first at the
Sibley-Ocheydan Invite, yesterday.

 

Jordan Hanna placed first in both the 800 and 1600 meter
runs.  His time in the 800 was 2:00.73,
which was a meet record.  His time in the
1600 was 4:50.17.  He, along with Dakota
Kraninger, Joe Delaney, and Joe Hilsabeck, finished first in the 4×800
relay.  Their time was 8:41.09.

 

Chris Albright took first in both the 400 meter run, with a
51.77, and the 400 meter hurdles, with a time of 56.29.  He, along with Taylor Cody, Mark Nielson, and
Tyeson Barnett placed first in the 4×400 relay. 
Their time was 3:32.13

 

Dalton Syverson was first in the high jump and the 110 meter
high hurdles.  He jumped 6’2.  His time in the hurdles was 15.73.

 

Colby Kraninger placed first in the 3200 meter run with a
time of 10:41.77.

 

The Medley Relay team of Barnett, Nielson, Cody, and Gabe
Goehring was first with a time of 3:47.31.

As for the Okoboji Girls, they took third at the Sibley
Invite.  Here’s their coach, Nate Dau.
