The University of Northern Iowa Alumni Association has announced details for a rally prior to the UNI women’s basketball game in the NCAA Tournament. The Panthers play Nebraska in Minneapolis, Minn., at 6:06 p.m. Sunday evening at Williams Arena. The Alumni Association fan gathering will take place from 2-4 p.m. on Sun., Mar. 21, at The Depot Hotel Stone Arch Bar at 225 3rd Avenue South in Minneapolis. Snacks and a cash bar will be available. Join Panther fans, former UNI women’s head basketball coach Tony DiCecco, and others for a Purple Celebration prior to the game.
