Lake sophomore Taylor
Sieperda was a standout on the Spencer-Spirit Lake Swim Team, this past fall,
and now her younger sister Madison is enjoying some success of her own.
Madison is a 7th grader at Spirit Lake
Middle School. She will
be competing in the 50FREE, 100FREE, 200FREE, 50BREAST, 100BREAST, AND 100IM at
an All-Star meet in Lawrence,
Kansas, this weekend.
It’s made up of the best five swimmers, ages 14 and under,
in up to six events from six states. The
states which will be at the meet are: IA, NE, MO, KS, SD, AND CO.
Madison will be meeting other
swimmers in Omaha, Friday morning, and taking a
bus from there to Lawrence.
