Local Wrestling Club Takes First In Tourney

On Saturday January 19th, the Ironhawk Wrestling Academy won the
George-Little Rock team wrestling tournament.   Ten out of 19 wrestlers won
their brackets and 6 more took 2nd place honors.
“This was a great opportunity for all wrestlers of the Academy to compete
together.  We were only missing some of the High School kids, but they had their
own tournaments to win.  I’ve said it before and I’ll finish the year saying the
same…these kids wrestle with heart and I can’t coach that.  They keep this up
and all the High School programs in the area are going to have some warriors on
their hands”
First place honors went to Holden Tendal and Jason Peta of Etherville;
Kolton Roth of Terrill;  Blake and Lucas Jagodzinske of Sherburn MN, and Kyler
Dunn, Bryan Leathers, Spencer Newman, Wes Ruden and Jack Wajda all of Spirit
Lake.
The Ironhawk Wrestling Academy has member wrestlers from Estherville,
Jackson (MN), Graettinger, Okoboji, Sherburn (MN), Spirit Lake and Terrill.  For
