The Iowa Lakes Community College volleyball team’s ranking has improved to second in the nation in the latest National Junior College Athletic Association poll.
The Iowa Lakes Athletic Department has designated Thursday, October 14, as Fan Appreciation and “Pack the Gym” night. The 25-7 Iowa Lakes volleyball team hosts Indian Hills Community College at 7 pm at the Estherville campus gymnasium. Admission is free for area K-12 students. Adult admission is $5.
After the game, fans will enjoy a variety of bars and lemonade and will have the chance to visit with current Iowa Lakes players.
No. 2 Iowa Lakes defeated Iowa Central, 25-16, 25-20-25-14, to improve to 4-1 in conference play.
