The Minnesota Christmas Wrestling Tournament is underway in Rochester, and after Day One, Spirit Lake Park has six grapplers still in contention. Doug Miner (106), Zach Skopec (120), Dylan Bryce (145), and Casey Jones (195) all went 2-0 to stay in the championship bracket. Isaac Lundgren (138) and Cody Norton (285) both went 2-1 on the day, staying alive in the consolation brackets. The Indians are tied for 17th overall through two rounds. Jackson County Central had an impressive showing as well, sitting in tenth place after round two. The tournament features 34 teams from Minnesota, Iowa, and North Dakota.
