The Harris-Lake Park Boys improved to 12-1, last night, with a 57-38 win over West Bend Mallard.
Spirit Lake had a nine point halftime lead, last night in LeMars, but were outscored 40-18, in the final two quarters, and fell to the Bulldogs, 65-52. LeMars’ Jake Irwin and Brenden Collins combined to make eight three-pointers, in the second half, to finish with 17 and eleven points, respectively. The Indians were led by Alec Henrickson with 15.
Okoboji hung with West Lyon for a half, but the Wildcats used good defense and passing to earn a 58-33 win. Here’s Pioneers’ coach Pyan Paulsen.

Estherville-Lincoln Central got 29 points from Adam Reiter including 8 three pointers, and downed Emmetsburg, 54-48. He contributed 54% of the teams scoring. Emmetsburg was led by Jake Jackson with 20 and Erik Drost with 14 points. ELC is now 6-9 on the season. Emmetsburg drops to 2-10. The Midgets are at Spencer Friday, while Emmetsburg travels to Lemars.
In other boys scores, Spencer beat Cherokee 73-40, Laurens Marathon over Sioux Central 46-43, South Central Calhoun downed Pocahontas 58-43, Rock Valley knocked Sibley-Ocheydan, 69-39; and Corwith-Wesley-Luverne beat Clay Central-Everly, 66-28.
