The Girls and Boys Cross Country teams, from Algona High School, took first and second, respectively, yesterday at the Estherville/Lincoln Central Invitational at Estherville Golf Course.
Spencer High School claimed first place, among the girls’ teams. Spirit Lake finished third..
The Spirit Lake Boys placed second, as Will Norris set a new Spirit Lake Record by finishing the course in 16 minutes and 29 seconds. He placed first, individually, among the boys.
Spencer High School placed third among boys teams, and Okoboji took fifth.
