On January 8 and 9, the Lakes Area Hockey Association’s Boji Bliizzard Hockey Team participated in the 2011 Sioux Center Squirt Invitational Tournament. The team captured 3rd place in the consolation round earning the team medals and a trophy that will someday be displayed in the team’s trophy case.
After the game Coach Hetland said to his team, “Just wanted to say how fun it was for the coaches this weekend to watch you play, improve and put so many of the things we have been working on the last 2 ½ months into action. You did great and we are all very proud of you and your hard work, dedication and commitment.”
