The 2014 Northwest Amateur Golf Tournament was held over the weekend at the Spencer Golf and Country Club in Spencer. Ben Wollam from Marshalltown, Iowa was this year’s champion. Wollam shot a tournament record 20 under par 268 for the win. Trent Peterson, the defending champion, was the runner up with a score of 272. Next year’s tournament will be held July 30th through August 2nd in Spencer.
