2011 Iowa Lakes Youth Wrestling Camp

Staff: Headed by Iowa Lakes Wrestling Coach Corey VanGroll, Iowa Lakes Assistant Coach Nick Nothern, and Various different Iowa Lakes Wrestlers (Nate Howard, Skyler Rice)
-Each Camper will receive camp T-shirt and quality instruction. The camp will stress on basic fundamental skills that all wrestlers use to be successful. Takedowns, takedown counters, sets ups, escapes, reversals, rides, pins, will all be covered throughout the camp. Weight training, nutrition, conditioning, motivation, and mental preparation can also be discussed.
