Everly Man Arrested On Fraud Charge

(Spencer)– An Everly man wanted for fraud has been taken into custody. The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 36-year-old Alexander Plemmons was arrested Tuesday on the active warrant for fraudulent practice in the 2nd degree. Plemmons was booked into the Clay county jail on a $5,000 cash or surety bond.
