Clay County Traffic Stop Results In Charges Against Two Teens

(Spencer)– A traffic stop Tuesday in Clay county resulted in the arrests of two teens. The Sheriff’s Office says a deputy pulled over a vehicle in the 2900 mile of Highway 18 and observed a green leafy substance in it.
