Street Project In Wahpeton Resumes

(Wahpeton)– A road construction project in Wahpeton that was suspended over the winter is resuming. Work on Lakeside Avenue is to start back up today (Thursday). City officials say access to driveways and street intersections in the affected area will be maintained while the project continues.
