Man Arrested On Theft Charge

(Spencer)– A man wanted on a theft charge has been taken into custody by authorities in Clay county. The Sheriff’s Office says 45-year-old Todd Brown was arrested late Thursday afternoon on an active warrant charging him with 5th degree theft. Brown was booked into the Clay county jail without bond.
