Spencer Man Pleads Guilty To Federal Meth Charge

(Sioux City)– A Spencer man has pleaded guilty to a federal meth charge. The U.S. Attorney’s Office says 57-year-old Todd Williams entered the plea November 1st to possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
