(Spirit Lake)– Dickinson county has an interim County Engineer. The supervisors this (Tues.) morning appointed Doug Julius, a former long-time County Engineer in Sioux County, to the position. They again took no action on hiring a full-time County Engineer. The supervisors went into a closed session to further talk about that.
