Gov. Kim Reynolds Orders Flags At Half Staff

(Des Moines)– Governor Kim Reynolds has ordered flags across Iowa to be lowered to half-staff from sunrise Saturday, December 14th, until sunset on Sunday, December 15th, in remembrance and honor of former Congressman Jim Leach who passed away December 11th.
