Round Three, of the Class 3A Volleyball Regional tournament
was last night.
MOC-Floyd Valley, the team that eliminated Spirit Lake,
topped Algona in three sets, to take the Region 1 title.
Sioux Center is the Region 2 champion, as they beat East Sac
County in three sets. Red Oak took the Region 3 crown with a three
set win over ADM.
Iowa-Falls-Alden claimed Region 4, by beating Bondurant
Farrar, 3-1.
Union, Davenport Assumption, Mount Vernon, and Mediapolis all
registered three set wins, respectively, over Osage, Cascade, West Liberty, and
Davis County to win Regions 5, 6, 7, and 8.
