The Okoboji Girls basketball team got 21 points from Darby
Jones, 17 of which came in the second half, and overcame a four-point halftime
deficit to beat Spirit Lake, 49-48, Saturday night in Milford.

That’s Indians’ coach Rick Reinking, whose team will look to
bounce back, Tuesday, on the road against LeMars. Emma Dau scored 16 to lead the Indians.

Lake boys jumped out to a
31-14 halftime lead over Okoboji, Saturday night. The Pioneers cut the Indians lead to nine, in
the third quarter, but Spirit
Lake hung on to win,
53-41.
Alec Henrickson scored 14 to lead the Indians. Weston Burgeson had 13 for the Pioneers.
