School boys’ basketball team improved to 12-5, Saturday
night, with a 56-32 road win over Sibley-Ocheydan. It was the second straight win for the
Indians, who were led by Sam Harms with 13 points and four rebounds.
The Spirit Lake Girls won their third straight. They beat Sibley-Ocheydan, 59-50. They’re now 10-5. Alissa Christoffer led the Indians with 23
points. K.J. Veldman returned from
injury to score 13, Emma Dau had 12.
The Indians will be back home, tomorrow night, against Cherokee.
