the Class 1A Boys State Basketball Tournament, this morning, St. Mary’s Storm Lake
beat Danville, 61-55.
Luke Lenhart led the way with 31
points, Kennedy Drey had 14 points and 15 rebounds.
They’ll
face defending champion Boyden-Hull, tomorrow at 6 p.m., in the Class 1A Championship. The Comets trounced North
Tama, Traer, 77-52, this afternoon in the semi-finals. Four players scored in double figures for
Boyden-Hull, led by Colin Bolkema with 18 points, Brandt Van Roekel chipped in
17, and Riley Francis scored 16.
