The Spirit Lake Boys Golf team was victorious, yesterday, in
a triangular against Western Christian and Cherokee. Corey Potter shot a 38, on nine holes at
Brooks Golf Course. Zach Skopec and Matt
Heaton each shot 40.

behind Western Christian. Sidney Spies
shot a 54 for the Indians. Annie Butler
shot a 56.
The Okoboji Boys golf team placed third, yesterday, at a
Siouxland Conference meet in Sheldon.
The Pioneers’ Tylor Ohl was sixth, among all golfers, with a 42.
Sibley-Ocheyden was the team with the best score. Joe Storbakken and Tristan Koetzel each shot
42 for the Generals.
The Okoboji Girls placed fifth, overall, at the Siouxland
Conference meet. Sibley Ocheyden was
fourth.
The Pioneers’ Alex Mankle was the top medalist, as she shot
45 on 9 holes.
