Okoboji and Harris-Lake Park split a boy/girl basketball double header Thursday night in Lake Park. The Pioneer girls won a see-saw battle with the Wolves 57-52. Noreen Morrow of HLP led all scorers in the game with 23. Abby Taylor was tops for Okoboji with 23. The Okoboji girls are now 3-0 on the season. Harris-Lake Park falls to 2-2.
Meanwhile, the Harris-Lake Park boys jumped out to an early lead and never looked back, beating Okoboji 63-46. Brady Van Iperen was the lead scorer for the Wolves with 15. Alex Heller was the only Pioneer in double figures with 10. HLP is 1-1. Okoboji falls to 0-2 on the season.
