Harris Lake Park hosts North Union

Harris-Lake Park hosted Cornbelt Conference rival North Union last night in girls and boys basketball.  In the girls contest, the Wolves used a big night offensively from Noreen Morrow to pick up the win 48-39.  Morrow had 28 points on the night, including going 12 of 14 from the free throw line.  North Union was paced by Sara Rolling with 10.  The win improves HLP’s record to 6-4 as they head into the break.  In the boys game, Harris-Lake Park is now 5-2 after a 53-34 win over North Union.  Jordon Kyle was best offensively for the Wolves with 13 points.  HLP spent a large amount of time at the free throw line, going 15 of 23 from the charity stripe.  Harris-Lake Park is now off until January 2nd when they travel to George-Little Rock for a girl/boy double header.
