South O’Brien offense was too much for Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn on
Wednesday night as the Wolverines beat the Hawks 10-2 in War Eagle Conference
play. The Wolverines broke a scoreless tie in the third with four runs on three
hits. They picked up three more runs in the fourth, two in the fifth, and one in
the sixth. H-M-S got one run back in the fourth but failed to score again until
the sixth.

runs on the night. Gunnar Klinker had a base clearing triple in the fourth. SOS
is 9-7 (8-5 War Eagle) and plays at Remsen St. Mary’s on Thursday.
