Comments From Okoboji Coach Ryan Stumbo
Congratulations to Estherville on a well-played game and advancing in the tournament. They deserve a lot of credit for hitting big shots when they needed to. They also found ways to get second chances throughout the night that put us in a hole and kept us from maintaining any runs. We simply did not play well enough in many areas collectively to win tonight.
It has been an absolute honor to coach this group of seniors. A special thank you to Lucas Lorenzen, Kaleb Peschong, Austin Harms, Mason Vander Pol, and Jaxson Colling for everything they have done for our program. We have appreciated all the time we have had with them, and we have made a lot of good memories over the years. They have a lot to reflect back on and be proud of, and they will be incredibly missed.
