Monday’s weather didn’t hold back the Spirit Lake Park-Okoboji boys soccer team from continuing their march towards a conference title. SLP-O hosted Western Christian on Monday and won, 5-2 behind two-goal efforts from Zubeen Azari and Erik Vaage. Dru Cochran-Bray scored the fifth goal and also had two assists. Goalie Keith Oskvig recorded ten saves as Spirit Lake Park-Okoboji has clinched at least a share of the Lakes Conference title. They also went 2-1 over the weekend at the Waverly tournament, losing 1-0 against the second ranked team in the state.
