Iowa Lakes Volleyball Making Noise Nationally

On Wednesday the Iowa Lakes volleyball team knew they had a top-rated opponent coming to Estherville when it looked at the schedule. What they might not have planned on was a ranking of their own, especially one in the top-ten nationally. The sixth-ranked Lakers welcomed No. 16 DMACC to town, then sent them packing with a three-set sweep, 25-17, 25-23, and 25-11. Le Mi had a team-best eight kills. Kellisha Harley racked up 22 assists and four service aces. Carly Sansone had 16 digs and Christy Wicks blocked ten DMACC attacks. Iowa Lakes is now 16-5 overall and a perfect 3-0 in conference play.
